Dear Mr. Archive,
Halloween is looming and we will be having an up-cycling arts and crafts Workshop for Children facilitated by Jessica Mason and Sunshine.

“Lanterns & Masks for a spooky waste free Halloween” is taking place on Saturday 27th October from 12pm – 3pm @ the Lifetime Lab, Lee Road, Cork.

We will need you to raid your rubbish bins for as much of the following as you can to bring with you on the day (any other interesting bits and pieces heading for your bins most welcome too), so start collecting now!

  • Washed jam jars with the labels removed
  • Sparkly papers/tin foil
  • Old wool and fabric scraps
  • Old tights

This is a free workshop for children aged 7 and up.
Places are limited so please register your children by completing the Form and returning to bernadette@cef.ie

Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis and once we have received your application we will confirm by email if a place is available. As we always have far more interest than places, we apologise in advance to anyone who we don't have space for.

We look forward to seeing you there.

Bantry Consultative Meeting
Our consulttion session for the South West “Framing the Future” will take place in Bantry on next Thursday 18th October at 7.30pm at Organico Café. It is very important to get the views and feedback from you the members and supporters of the organisation. Please let me know if you intend to come along and please let others know who may be interested. If you are in the general area I would appreciate if you could display the poster in a public place. Thanks & hope to see you there!

The Seminar on Water will take place on Friday the 9th November from 10am -1pm at the Imperiel Hotel in Cork. We have some great speakers and workshops. I will forward details early next week.

Best regards,

Bernie
