Childrens Christmas Workshop Sat 27th November!

Thursday 18th November 2010

Dear Mr. Archive,

Continuing the success of this year's series of childrens workshops (see here, here, here and here!), Cork Environmental Forum are delighted to announce a Christmas workshop for children on Saturday 27th November 1-4pm at the Lifetime Lab, Lee Road, Cork.  Even if you can't come - you might still be able to help us (see below).

Using only recycled materials you will create your own beautiful Christmas decorations this year.
Come along, get sticky and creative and start to see your rubbish bin in a whole new way...

WHAT? Childrens' Christmas workshop

WHERE? The Lifetime Lab, Lee Road, Cork City (free parking)

WHEN? Saturday 27th November 1-4pm

FOR WHO? Ages 7 and up (5/6's are welcome too, but parents will have to stay with them)

HOW MUCH? Free!

Places limited so booking essential. Please reply to patrick@cef.ie with the name of the children and their ages as soon as possible.

We need your help!  In order for us to have enough of everything for everyone, we need you to start collecting the following.  Bring them along with you on the day, or we'll arrange to collect them!

- Light bulbs
- Silver lined juice cartons (washed and flattened open)
- Old scratched CDs... end of the line ones!

- Newspapers

- Green Briquette twine from Peat briquettes
